2005 Campbell Hall School Yearbook; Skyler Samuels & Jrue Holiday

2005 Campbell Hall School Yearbook (North Hollywood, Los Angeles County, California), titled "Caledonian" and subtitled "Open * Unfold * Discover."

Attending this school and in the 5th Grade Class is actress Skyler Samuels; in the Freshman Class (9th Grade) is actress Gia Mantegna and NBA 1st Round Draft Pick Jrue Holiday.

Among the lesser notables is Sam Winberger, who was a linebacker and a fullback at Stanford University.

Actresses Dakota Fanning, and her sister Elle Fanning, were also attending this school at the time, but I could not find them.

As a Senior at Campbell Hall School in 2008, Holiday average 25.9 ppg, 11.2 rpg, 6.9 apg and 4.8 spg, leading the school to a 31-5 record and the California Division IV state title. Holiay was named the 2008 Gatordate Player of the Year and was named the #2 college recruit in the nation by Rivals.com. Holiday was also invited to the 2008 Jordan Brand Claassic and the 2008 McDonald's All-American.

Skyler Samuels is shown and quoted during a 5th grade class environmental trip (page 52); getting "ready to board the bus" (page 53); and shown and quoted on a fellow classmate above reading books (page 255).

Gia Mantegna is shown working with a classmate on an in-class assignment for a foreign language class (page 71); is shown and quoted on a page about photography (Page 128); and has a Freshman Class photo (page 282).

Jrue Holiday is shown in his class photo with the Freshman Class (page 280).

In reguard to a class hicking trip: "I took so many pictures, and I even made a huge collage out of them."

"Rachel Sherman, 5, Skyler Samuels, 5, + Alexa Brown, 5, get ready to board the bus."

In reguard to a classmate: "Books! He loves to read. One time in class, Sam got in trouble for reading when the teacher was talking. If you think about it, that's not a bad thing to do in a classroom."

"Sam Miller, 9 + Gina Mantegna, 9, work together on an in-class assignment."

Actress Skyler Samuels was born April 14, 1994.

Samuels is best known for her role as Gigi Hollingsworth in Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place."

She has also guest-starred on the television shows "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" (2005), "Drake and Josh" and "That's So Raven" (2005); and appeared in several movies including "The Adventures of Big Handsome Guy and His Little Friend" (2005); "Love, Inc." (2006) and The Stepfather (2009).

Professional baseball player Jrue Randall Holiday was born June 12, 1990 in Chatsworth, California.

Holday attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he played NCAA Men's College Basketball with the UCLA Bruins in 2008-09, and averaged 8.5 ppg.
Leaving college after his Freshman year, Jrue Holiday was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1st round of the 2009 NBA Draft, 17th pick overall.

Holiday became the 76ers' starting point guard in March of the 2009-2010 season. Due to the increasing age of many of the 76ers top players, as well as the departure of others, many NBA analysts see Holiday as the cornerstone and face of the franchise for years.

Film actress Gia Mantegna was born Gina Mantegna on April 17, 1990 in New York City, NY.

Mantegna made her acting debut at age 13 in the 2003 film "Uncle Nino", which co-starred her father, popular actor Joe Mantegna.

Since then, Mantegna has found work on "13 Goling on 30" (2004), "Murder Book" (2005), Unaccompanied Minors (2006), "In the Land of Women" (2006), "All I Want for Christmas" (20070, "The Neighbor" (2007), "The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2007), "Ciminal Minds" (2008), "And Soon That Girl" (2008), Getting That Girl (2010) and Gigantic (2010).
